Blackout Dates – No Time Off Allowed

As part of our ongoing commitment to meeting Amazon’s delivery standards and customer expectations, we are implementing blackout dates during peak operational periods. Time-off requests will not be approved during the following dates:

Blackout Dates for Time Off:

Prime Week: July 9 – July 21, 2025

Peak Season: November 15 – December 31, 2025

Post-Holiday Returns Period: January 1 – January 10, 2026

During these dates, there will be a greater package volume that will require mandatory coverage from all available employees. We rely on everyone to be present and fully staffed to meet route demands and maintain our performance metrics.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these critical periods. Your teamwork and commitment directly contribute to our success in meeting customer expectations and maintaining our reputation as a reliable delivery partner.

If you have an emergency or unique circumstance that may affect your availability, please speak with management as soon as possible. Exceptions will only be made on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.
