Anamco's Company Policies
Safety!
Drivers must obey all posted traffic signs and obey all traffic laws at all times. Drivers must maintain a safety FICO rating of above 830. Drivers must never tamper with Netradyne systems and adhere to Netradyne safety metrics.
Quality!
Amazon evaluates us on the quality of our deliveries. Our goal is for a DNR (Delivery Not Received) score of 0 and a DAR (Delivered and Received) score of 100 every time you drive. Drivers must also keep a Fantastic rating for CDF (Customer Delivery Feedback).
Efficiency!
It is ANAMCO and Amazon’s policy for having a delivery rate of at least 20 stops per hour, but striving for 25 stops an hour. Drivers are responsible for completing their own route without a rescue.
Attitude!
We want to be delivering smiles. It’s important to have a positive attitude every time we work. Do not argue with Amazon customers, Amazon employees, and Anamco Support Staff. Our goal is to keep a happy and healthy workplace
Reliability!
Everyone must show up for work when they are scheduled. Being dependable is a character trait we admire here at ANAM. Frequent callouts will result in being an extra driver. Unexcused absences are unacceptable and may result in termination.
Equipment!
Every day, Drivers are trusted in handling company equipment. It is important that you are using our equipment responsibly, this includes vans, cell phones, and charging equipment. We understand accidents happen – it is required to report any damages immediately.
Attire!
We provide Amazon branded uniforms to our drivers. On the road, it is important to always wear an Amazon approved shirt/polo, pants/shorts, and vest. An Amazon hat is optional.
Hygiene!
The work vans are a shared workspace. Drivers are responsible for keeping it clean for the next Driver. We must always clean up our trash and personal belongings after each shift, periodically sweeping the van and wiping the dashboard.
